What Gluten & Lactose Free means for this 9 year old

This weekend I had some help on SEEDS from Lucca, a 9 year old who has gone gluten & lactose-free.

When you’re gluten-free, you can’t eat all the good stuff, including Top Pot Donuts!
No Cheese For Me!
I do get to eat great things like broccoli, blueberries, and Yami from the best yogurt company ever!
