Get Grounded and Gather Strength to GET ACTIVE

Feeling shell shocked and fired up?

Join me in this brief centering exercise to get grounded and gather strength.
Because we need to be grounded and strong to get active.

Ok?

Great.

So sit comfortably or lie down and join me.

Let’s start by breathing.
Sit tall or extend long on your back and breathe.
Bring one hand to your heart and one hand to your belly.
Feel the air come in and release out.

Use your entire torso. Full body breath.
Feel your chest rise and stomach extend as you bring the breath in.
Then pull your belly button toward your spine as you press the air up and out.

In.
Out.

Breathe in get grounded.
Breathe out stay grounded.

Breathe in gather strength.
Breathe out stay strong.

Grounded.
Strong.
Grounded.
Strong.
Once you are grounded,
once you gather your strength,
GET ACTIVE!
